Rest, Remember, Rejoice {What Sabbath Means To Me}
As the days grow shorter, our schedules don’t always follow suit. We can become so busy between our kids’ activities, work demands, and home life — what if we could do something really counter-cultural, and learn to schedule rest? Not just for us as parents, but for our kids as well?
Friends, I’m so excited to be sharing today over at The Art of Taleh on what Sabbath rest means to me. Over the last two years, my family and I have been on a journey of discovering what God meant when He set aside one day a week for us as holy. It’s an honor to share with Taleh — a diverse group of writers who together dig in to the details of God’s Word — and an honor to share it with you.
So hop on over here to read the special post on what Sabbath rest means for us. (Hint: It’s never perfect, but it always reminds us of the goodness of Jesus.)
And may you experience His purposeful rest this weekend,
Laura
